It was fairly clean, breakfast was excellent and great. There where clean rooms with the garden and a bath rather than a shower plus view over gardens. Had central location away from the promenade. Easily reached Home Cookin' Restaurant, located not very far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Sports bar was lovely.

Would recomand to everyone. Really nice building and very well decorated and extremely pleasant rooms with tv. Magnificent location close to everything, and 10 minute walk from Llandudno Pier. Close to many pubs, bars, restaurants and the pier as well as the north promenade. The sports bar onsite.
